The project is designed by First Rate and other external consultants and supervised by First Rate.

Estimated project cost is KES 597Million, the project will commence in end of 2015 for a period of 22 months.

The proposed development is a residential cum commercial complex area whereby First Rate Project offers with project management services and oversees the services provided by the consortium and to ensure quality. The residential development has 254 No. apartment units comprising of two and three bedrooms will be for sale and the client for rental income will retain the commercial complex. The modern high-rise mid-end apartments would be targeting middle income clientele and mid-scale mix uses shopping complex mall to serve the residents and neighborhood. The project is on approximately 5-acre land.

The value of this project cost is KES 2.5Billion. The design is completed and bids submitted to the contractors for pricing. The project commenced in May 2014 and is ongoing.
