The project comprises of 18 No. 3 bedroom apartments with DSQ, and 6 penthouses comprising No. 4 bedroom with family room and study. The plinth areas range from 201 to 305 square meters.

The ACGC project is the construction of a church based training institution at Karen area in Nairobi. The project value is KES 16Million and the project began in March 2009. The project is completed and now it is in use.

The Building has a plinth area of 600 square metres containing nine classrooms, a restaurant, a Chapel, and a car park. It is on a 0.75-acre plot of land.

This development is in Shanzu area, fronting the Indian Ocean about 15 kilometers to the north of Mombasa Municipality’s north coast. The development comprises an office block, 411 guest rooms, kitchens, reception areas, restaurants, lounges, shops, casino, discotheque, swimming pools and all other ancillary hotel facilities including but not limited to sporting facilities such as tennis court, football and hand pitch.

The main office block is a curved storied block of offices located on the hotels mid-section. It was constructed of reinforced concrete pillars in-filled with coral stone or concrete blocks, rendered and color painted externally, plastered and painted internally. The floors are reinforced concrete slab with ceramic tiles finish. The build up area is 121 sqm.

The main reception is located to the south of the main hotel building with the main entrance facing the entrance drive, it has a frontage done in cabro block with provision for a guest picking and drop pointer drive from the main entrance. The build up area is 235 sqm.

The main dining room is circular in shape, it has a capacity of 400 diners at one go. It comprises the dining hall and the buffet island with a build up area of 716 sqm.
The project value is KES 1.4Billion. The funds for land acquisition were arranged by First Rate from Kenya Commercial Bank.
