The project comprises of 18 No. 3 bedroom apartments with DSQ, and 6 penthouses comprising No. 4 bedroom with family room and study. The plinth areas range from 201 to 305 square meters.
All the units have an en-suite master bedroom, custom fitted kitchens, large balconies for loung and master bedroom, two parking spaces. Extras include; secure compound with electric fence and intercom connection to each apartment, landscaped gardens with a gazebo and children’s play area and underground water storage tanks for each unit.
The project value is KES. 275Million. Cooperative Bank financed the project to a tune of Kshs. 185Million. The project is completed and the occupation certificate is being prepared.
